A quick update on the Splendour Cliffs

Hi all,

I have not had much time to work on this (alas). I spent the day and a Records Keeping conference and then the family wanted some of my time to watch an old episode of the X-Files (“Ice”) and then the latest Criminal Intent.

Anyway, here is my progress:

The Splendour Cliffs are developing a beautiful golden glow – just the way that I have written them. The ground in a simple plane that I have sculpted slightly, but I still need to do some texture work upon. The blank white building on the right will get greebles and a texture added soon to make it look more like sculpted rock. This will become The Krak. I suspect that it will become more obvious in the pictures that The Krak is not the natural formation that the inhabitants believe it to be.

    1. Thanks. 🙂 Nope. I just play around til it looks vaguely like the image in my head 🙂 I guess once I am more experienced I will get a favourite 🙂

        PS Greg, do you have any idea why I see ‘like’ buttons on your posts ehen I’m at work but not at home?? The only real difference would be that I have Win7 at work and Win8 at home (I run the same Firefox everywhere), but could it really change what your blog shows?
